i like that there equipment messes up once warranty expires then they tell you to pay 95 dollars to have them send a tech to fix or repair there equipment that is a pretty good scam

You are leasing the equipment so if there is a problem that is no fault of yours Exede will usually pay for the tech to come out. Can I ask what issues you are having that you were needing a tech to cone out?

That $95.00 is service charge. That's all you pay. You are leasing you need new modem you get new modem. You need new tria you get new tria. You get someone good they will check every thing out and make sure everything is running good. They may be there 2 or 3 hours you pay just the $95.00.  That is not bad for service call.
