Modem needs reset too often

ever since I upgraded to the 18 gig data paln, I;ve had to reset the modem at least 4 times a week. This morning I've had to reset 3 times! What's up?

Hi David, Our team has found a resolution to the constant rebootingissue. We are proactively correcting   all affected modems in a rolling beam by beamfashion. All of them will get fixed by the end of the day. Thank you for yourpatience.  Have a great day!

I Hope you are right Diana, that this will be fixed by the end of the day. I have been experiencing this issue for three days and have lost a lot of work due to this issue. I work from home using a program that relies solely on the internet, so my work production has been no existent. I highly suggest that Exede compensate their customers for this unproductive three days.

I'm having this problem now. My modem continuously drops connection and I have to unplug it multiple times a day to reset it. Can someone please help?! What should I do?
