ever since I upgraded to the 18 gig data paln, I;ve had to reset the modem at least 4 times a week. This morning I've had to reset 3 times! What's up?
I Hope you are right Diana, that this will be fixed by the end of the day. I have been experiencing this issue for three days and have lost a lot of work due to this issue. I work from home using a program that relies solely on the internet, so my work production has been no existent. I highly suggest that Exede compensate their customers for this unproductive three days.
