modem is restartting constantly

Our Modem is restarting it's self up to 8 times a day and night. I was on my banks site paying bills, and poff I was disconnected. This is not good!!!!!! I am all so trying to start up a new business from home, I it is taking me twice as long to gets things worked out because I have to start over on some things when it goes out. This is totally unacceptable and from what I am hearing you all are having issues. You need to do something soon

Hi Kimberly,  We have isolated the issue and are in the process of correcting it.  It should e corrected by the end of business today.  Thank you for your patience as we resolve the modem restarting issue.

I don't understand why a lot of people are having problems for I don't have any problems with my service my modem restarts as it post too whenever you run out of data or you get into the time where it free or the 5Mbs Liberty Pass in the mornings

I love how this says "solved". I have been trying to get my modem issue solved for three days now. Losing work at my home office has made me beyond frustrated.
