Modem flashing white this afternoon

got home around 5:30pm MST and modem was flashing white (had used it this morning without issue). unplugged it for 30 minutes, plugged back in and still flashing. Tried power cycling/resetting it one more time with no luck. We have no storms where we are, but not sure about the downlink side of the connection....can you please provide an update? Thanks!

Per the modem Guide http://help.exede.net/articles/General/A-guide-to-your-Exede-WiFi-Modem

Flashing white means it is attempting network entry, that can take a few minutes, plug the modem in and wait 10 minutes, see if it is able to connect.

If it does not connect after ten minutes, you can call 855-463-9333 for technical assistance. That's the fastest way to get help.
