Mixed Message

I received the following message from Exede (as you can see/read, the message makes little sense: "Thanks for your order of Exede Internet service. This is a reminder your installation is scheduled for Not Scheduled." "...is scheduled for Not Scheduled" is not what you want to say/communicate. I hope. Especially since your lady on the phone was quite specific in saying we had an appointment this coming Wednesday.
