There aren't a ton of techs/installers on this site, so only a few will see this.
I suggest reporting the issue to MITe@viasat.com. When you do, be sure to include what devices you've seen this issue on, including the OS versions. The more information you can provide them, the easier it will be to duplicate the issue and resolve it.
It might also be worth contacting Installer Relations, in addition to the email above. They aren't aware of the issue, (I just spoke to them) so again, the more info you can provide the better!
