I have had Exede for 3 months. I told the rep we do no movie downloads, no online gaming. I use it to browse the web. We have ran into the max usage every month. There are 8 days left and once again we are out. I called in again to get ZERO help. I was told we use it all from 5 a.m to 12 a.m. Well thank you for narrowing it down. As if I couldn't figure that out. I have asked what it could be and get NO help. I was LIED to when I signed up for this. VERY UNHAPPY!! No one is home from 7 - 5. Most evenings gone.
