Is there any eta on when service will be restored? Modem can't be accessed through its web page and constantly switches between purple and red.

They told us that there was an outage in our area and never sent one

2 week outage on your beam? Not likely. You need a service call.

Yeah it's been fine since I switched the modem to bridge mode and started using my own router. Can download games on stream at 7MBps. Now there's nothing though

That's not an outage. Outages are only a few hours. If you've been out for that long we need to talk. Call us at 855-463-9333

Called that number and it said there is an unscheduled service call. Not sure how that happens but I scheduled it for the next possible. Hopefully they'll actually come

oh ok Unscheduled means the dealer in your area will contact you. We don't set up the appointment times for them but they will contact you and get this set up
