I just thought I would give people the heads up that Microsoft has started automatically downloading Windows 10 upgrade files ( which totals 3.5 - 6 GB ) to computers who qualify for the upgrade and have Windows Update set to receive updates automatically.

This is irrespective of if they reserved their copy of Windows 10.

Thanks for the heads up, Joshua. Here's our new blog about it, including some hints on how to stop the update if you're so inclined. This appears to work for now, but Microsoft could always change things up. We'll share more info with you all as we get it! Exede Matt
