Matt B do you get emails?

After initial receipt of case#, then initial contact with you, I get no contact again. Do you not recieve emails after the initial contact with the customer? Ive explained everything in email to you and I get no feed back after initial contact with you.

I didnt want to come on here with this.

Kevin, I responded to (what I believe to be) your email an hour or two ago.  If you have that case number, please post it here.  Brad will follow up on it tomorrow, I'm out of the office shortly.

Ok Matt B, I recieved am email for a bill. You said you were on top of this. Please respond. I've emailed you through the case numbers above. Please let me know what is going on! I would much rather have direct contact with you on this matter.

So both the case numbers have been "closed". Well great. Now I get to explain everything again?

Exact same issue for me.  I send e-mails, get a robot reply but never a true follow-up e-mail.  Then, when I reply to the robot reply, I get a message back stating that my case # has been closed.

I had contact with Matt and he addressed all of my issues. I'm quite satisfied with the out come.
