Viasat continues to oversell and underperform their residential consumer. The company will eventually implode with this marketing model. They cannot continue to operate like this without suffering in the long term.
Help clear up the current issues of congestion and slow speeds for the customers you have before trying to attract new business.
How are you going to give 100Mbps service when you can’t service 12Mbps? What are you going to tell the Platinum customer when they experience slow speeds due to high network traffic? “Speeds are not guaranteed but are up to...” That’s going to be hard to swallow at $200 a month!!!

I had service connected last Saturday. Had technition out again today. I haven't had service since installation. My test shows .11mbps

Tonight on phone again with tech support for 50 minutes to find out they connected me to a beam that has been down for weeks. I want out. Come get this crap equipment and shove it up your broken beam exede
You suck and sold me a service you can't provide!!!

the 100 Mbps service is only offered on the new satellite, Viasat 2. 

As loads balance between the satellites over the next few months, you will see increased performance for customers on Viasat 1!
