I am new to the Viasat voice service and wanted to explore options in regard to voice mail, call forwarding, etc. However, when I go to the menu under Voice that says Manage my Voice Features, I get a new browser window that just times out and says it cannot connect. The address of the window is :https://exedevoice.amp2.alianza.com/L.... Is anyone else able to manage their voice through the browser? I chatted with support and they said to use the 1234 number and manage it by the phone, but I find it much easier to do such things on the computer rather than respond to voice commands on the phone. And if the option to manage the voice account via the browser is not supported, then they should remove that option from the main account menu.
