Smells like a scam. If you EVER question anything like that, you call Exede.

icecandymandy, this is a scam, it has been going around for better than a year now. Do not click on the link, and never give out personal information. As Art suggested, if you ever have a question about an email like that, call customer support about it.

Just to reinforce the above replies keep in mind we'll never ask for personal or account information via an email and if you ever get a request you are unsure of please call us at  855-463-9333 and we can verify or dispute the email.

Also since I tend to see a lot of this, even if the sender is from "Exede" a lot of times a tell-tale sign it's fraudulent is if the email address isn't from viasat.com
