Unbelievable. Still getting billed after being assured months ago they would stop. Returned equipment months ago. Fortunately, I recorded their phone promises to stop but what a HASSLE this is turning out to be.   STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not sure why they are still billing you as I agree they should not be if they got the equipment back.  Send an email with you contact info and your old account number if you still have it.  Brad, Diana or Lindsey will review your account and see what is going on that you are still being billed and get it resolved once and for all.

and have you told your credit card company so they can put the matter into "dispute" and you do not have to pay while they research it? I just did that on another matter.

Yeah, try the email approach.  Sorry for your problems.  I've been a customer for almost 10 years and no problems.  No billing issues, no data discrepancies.  It has been a valuable service for my family.

DS, Similar problems here. For two years, perfect. Abruptly, six or seven months ago, I'm running out of data with 12 days left in the billing cycle. Every month after that, similar situation. I called EXEDE, I got their memorized run around, eventually, saying it is my fault. I need to do this and don't that. In the past,  I had made no changes in my usage, habits, etc. It's just me here. I even had an executive from VIASAT, call me. While we were talking, he was looking at my account, and "yes, there is something wrong with calculating your data usage." He'd look into it and straighten it out. Nothing happened. I called EXEDE, mentioned the conversation with the VIASAT guy, and was told, yes, there is data entered in your account that he called, BUT, he didn't enter the problem, or what to do about. The EXEDE person acted like that was all there was to it, a correction could not be made. I'm thinking, "CALL THE VIASAT GUY and find out what he knows." MONTHS, this has been going on for MONTHS. I feel like I'm talking to politicians, you can't believe a word they say, AND, nothing is going to be done to correct any errors on your account. I'm disabled due to a severe mental disorder. Getting angry makes me override the limits of my medication.
