I've been rescheduled 5 times supervisor flavio said he made appt to the 30th they show no record of this!

So sorry to hear you're having a bad experience with installers. :( Hope they can at least offer you a rebate or discount to offset your experience. If given a chance, I think it is a good company. I know sometimes stuff happens. But if they have had to reschedule a lot I would think they would offer something to compensate you for your time (especially if you had taken days off and they didn't show up). Again, sorry you are having a bad time of it. :(

The thing is they offered 10$ off my next bill however the rep says it's no notes in the system that state someone told me this. :(
