Problem with customer service

So it has been over a week since WB/Exede had a snafu. I still cannot access my mail thru WB/Exede. So what is WB/Exede going to comp me for not being able to use my email and still tonight no email. So what are you WB/Exede going to do?

This has been going on long enough. I am currently talking to Hughes about getting the service they offer. Can't get Comcast.... I hate'em but no limits, wicked fast, so because I choose to live in the mountains I am stuck with WB/Exede.
As soon as Comcast runs a 20 mile line to my area I am kicking WB to the curb. Never can get a real answer from CS, or if you are lucky actually reach a "Technical Support Person" that does not feed you a line of bullcookies.

It's a shame beause I cannot believe that Charlie Ergan from DishNetwork is selling this product that does not meet the standards of EchoStar/ DishNetwork.
Charlie Please offer DishNetworks Sat service again...............

Dish Network has never sold their own internet service. They resell Exede and Hughes and call it DishNet. Of course, they own Hughes. You will get worse customer service from Dish than when you buy from Exede direct. You have to decide if the inferior service is worth the $10/ month savings. I also personally believe the packages from Dish are less attractive. Anyone who has had both Hughes and Exede will tell you to stay away from Hughes.
