After rebooting modem and computer now am getting RL LOSS PLACKETS 0.03%. Don't know what is going on. Exede use to be good but seems to be going downhill. Maybe I better take my chances with Casair internet.

HMC1940 - RL lost packets is Reverse Link lost packets and that are packets that you are transmitting to the satellite.  Assuming your equipment is working correctly, the primary reason for losing packets is congestion.  You have lost packets because of heavy traffic.  That percentage is not bad.  I have seen mine run 40%-60% during prime time.  Browsing is halting and images don't fully load.  This happens even though Rx SNR and other parameters are good, just too much competition for the bird.

Thanks Jep--Well this is first time I ran into congestion. But it's doing better now so guess that must be it. But what happen to they weren't going to let the beam get congested. Sure hope it doesn't get as bad as Wildblue did. Got to where couldn't do hardly anything.

Well, if this is the first time for you, then it may be something else, hopefully on their end that they get fixed real soon.  Congestion tends to have a daily pattern, getting worse in the evenings.

Hi Jep happy to say everything is okay now. Before got slow speed and loss packets. all 3 lights below power light was going crazy blinking so don't know what the heck was going on. I rebooted modem and restarted computer and everything doing better. At least this morning. Thanks for the help and have a great day.
