This is the time of year when during the early afternoon the sun becomes aligned with the satellite in space and your dish for a few minutes causing service disruptions.  Don't look directly at the sun (of course) but look at your dish and the position of the sun carefully and see if service drops due to this bi-annual alignment may be a problem  The disruption only last a few minutes every day for about a week then stops until late fall.  It happens at different times and dates depending on your location.
