Losing internet every night

I've been losing the internet completely for minutes at a time just about every evening this past week. Last night the only thing I could, no matter what link I selected, was some page telling me to start the activation process. I was scared to touch that. What's up

Having the same problem here. I was downloading a couple of files plus trying to watch web video lectures for my online college courses during LNFZ (Late Night Free Zone), and it kept disconnecting, dropping my downloads. Had to go to my in-laws 30 minutes away in the middle of the night to complete my semester finals because Exede kept disconnecting tonight. Have to reboot my modem & my computer to even get it to resolve the DNS server. We're on Beam 327.

I'm at the point I hate depending on Exede to do anything.

Getting the activation page may indicate either there is a problem with the provisioning of your account or a possible malware targeting your system (depends on what the activation page said and what the address at the top stated).

I would call into Exede about the activation page. As to losing the internet welcome to the club which is becoming less exclusive each passing evening.

Lisa - good to know the LNFZ seeing the same issues. I was thinking about switching back to a classic plan just so I can so things after midnight if I had to. Now I know that will be a similar experience to being on the Pass.

I guess we end users are left to the mercy of the network operations folks and will have to grin (smile is fading slightly btw) and bear it in the meantime.

Maybe when the office calls with an emergency that I need to research on the internet I can offer to play Scrabble over the phone with then since my internet isn't working......
