DishNet is simply Exede or HughesNet rebranded through wholesale agreements with Viasat (Exede) or HughesNet. The plans offered by each differ.

If you were to subscribe directly through Exede, plans currently available can be determined at www.exede.com by entering your ZIPCode. However, you'd probably need to enter into a new contract agreement.

For example, I susbscribe through NRTC (another wholesaler) and the plans available through NRTC are limited to the original classic Exede plans. The newer Exede plans are only available to me if I drop NRTC and become a "new" direct customer (new install, new agreement, etc.) I've deferred any plan to switch until the new satellite is launched and operational next year.

With regard to the Liberty Pass speeds, be advised those speeds are only touted during non-peak hours and vary dependent upon your beam's saturation level.
