login to wildblue.net email

When I go to wildblue.net login page it won't accept my email address or password. what do I do? I've called and they say my address is correct so why won't you accept it on login?

I am so sick of trying to get to my account with you people I am about ready to cancel you out.  I don't know my account I just updated to Excede in May.  I was never given an account number. My email address is <email removed>. You don't have any problem taking my money every month.

Hello Janice,  I'm sorry your are not able to login and I know how frustrating that is. I removed your email address a we want to keeps our customer’s personal information as secure aspossible.

Here is a  couple of links which will allow you to reset your password/username.  If this does not work, please let me know. 
You can send an email to exedelistens@viast.com with your account number.

help, I can't login into my email account I do not have my acct # it is in my email ,  bluebird4@wildblue.net, this needs to be fixed today due to health problems, pls help me my life depends on it

I agree ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, you guys suck!  Gaining access to our email is ever changing and always annoying.  Been with you for many years but not much longer.
