I can login with Internet Explorer, but cannot with Google Chrome.

Hey John, you might need to clear your cache and cookies in Chrome. You can do this by going to your history (also ctrl+h), clicking on Clear Browsing History, and clearing those items. If you don't want to clear your history just yet, you can try incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n). If it works in incognito mode, it's definitely a cache/cookie problem. Good luck!

Again, in either IE or Chrome now, when loggin in it just goes back to the login page. It'a a loop.

In Chrome, try going into incognito mode and logging in. You can do this by pressing control+shift+n with a Chrome window open.

If that works, you need to clear your Cookies. Chrome is sometimes weird about this and won't clear cookies for a page you are currently on, so you need to close out of the login page while you do this.

I use IE, and still it does not work, Now that so called new email program is rejecting all business related emails. I don't think they have their act together...

incognito mode does not work. They simply have a wrong configuration since it loops back to the login page.

That is weird.

So you enter your credentials, then get redirected to the login page again?

What happens if, after being redirected to the login page, you try https://my.exede.net/dashboard?

Does that also redirect you?
