Login issues

Upgraded to Exede( bundled w/ Dish) from wildblue. I can't login to my e-mail now. Was told my e-mail would not have to change, so far nobody (customer support or tech has an answer)

Hi Bob,  If you are bundles with Dish, they should be able to assist you. 
1.To access the new email - type in the address bar go.wildble.net.   
2. When you get to the next screen - click on go to my inbox.
3. You will need to accept the customer agreement.
 4. Log into your account. You email address and passwords did not change
5. You should be in your email account.  It looks different.
 If you try to use your old shortcut, you will not be able to get the new email client.
