As much as I hate to say it, because I run into various situations myself...seemingly more and more, you might try another browser. At my store I have Edge, Chrome, and Firefox installed. When one of the many websites we deal with gives us an issue, we just open another browser and that usually gets us in. Chrome seems to be the most "stable".
