I cannot log into my account. The username and password to not work. I called customer service and had the password changed and updated my billing information over the phone. Can someone reset my log in information?
Sometimes the customer portal log in gets wonky. If you know that you are entering the correct username and password 100%, attempt to log in, get the error page. Leave that open and open a new tab. Go here in the new tab: https://www.exede.com/customer-portal/
Click on My Exede. That should get you to the customer portal and get you logged in.
