LNFZ usage counting against monthly allowance!!

Ok... this is the 1st day of my billing cycle and i'm on away from home but checked on our data situation because we used it all last cycle.  It is already at 1gb. i used MYESVT tool to see when it was being used and how... and darned if it wasnt ALL in the LNFZ time.  all of it according to that.  Excuse me ... what is going on???? am i misunderstanding the LNFZ?

This is the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced. I've only had exede for 16 days and have had to buy 10 extra gigs so far. Someone mentioned a class action law suit against Exede and I am looking into if they don't let me out without paying early termination fees. I have never used this much data doing nothing but surfing the internet and playing a facebook game. Never went over my 10 gigs on my previous provider.

Wow... if i look back now for Monday the 16th which is where we had been charged 1gb and ALL of the usage at that point was the LNFZ which should not have counted towards my data, it is as if they moved the usage times around.  there was some usage between 1am and 4am, and most was between 4 and 5am.  Nothing registered after that by the time of my post.  Now if i go back and look at that day, they only show a tiny bit between 4-5am... nothing prior.  For the whole day we had about 2gb (not something you can determine by esvt that i can tell unfortunately... i just know from monitoring it that day and the next)... but they now show that very little of that would have been in the LNFZ.  should have been at least1/2.... definitely NOT displaying that way.  Came up with bogus response to me.... made no sense.

We do not count the LNFZ against your data. TheFree Zone, offered on some Exede plans, is a period of time duringwhich data usage is not metered or counted toward your monthly dataallowance period. It’s a great time to download software updates, stream video,upload photos and other large files or anything else you want to do online.
