Free time not starting on time. This has been on going for the last 6 to 8 months. My plan clearly states 12 am to 5 am. As the screenies show lnfz time still has not started. Any plans to fix this?

Johnny,

FWIW, a few reports of the usage meter resetting late this AM from those on the other forum whose reset date is today. More than likely that one or more servers missed their wake up calls, but let's see what the moderators have to say.

Also the time appearing on the modem page is actually just a timer (not a clock) - it indicates the amount of time the modem has been active since last rebooted. Yours appears to be in synch with your clock (within an hour) in the event that's causing any confusion - but my eyesight isn't that great.

And yes this has been an ongoing issue, which is why many of us have requested a free zone indicator be added to the usage page or better still the modem status page since there's no way to accurately tell when the free zone(s) are active short of using some data and checking back with the usage meter later on when it registers.

LNFZ eats up my 10Gb allotment even though I only use it after 00:00 and before 05:00.  It has been this way since I singed up.

Looking at the dates, this makes sense, and is still very frustrating. I downloaded a Playstation 4 game overnight from about 1AM to 4:30am on January 11th. Prior to this, I had barely used data since my reset December 31st (no where near 15 GB to be sure!), but the next morning after downloading to 9 GB game, boom--slow connection, data cap reached. I don't keep track of my data typically, but rarely do we hit our cap before the last few days of the month. This is the first time in over a year we've ever hit our limit this early, and by a huge margin as well!

It just seemed very coincidental to me that the speeds were slowed down the very next time I logged into my computer the morning after downloading my PS4 game during that supposed LNFZ. What's incredibly frustrating as well is that I specifically stay up late some nights and get only a few hours of sleep *specifically* to use that LNFZ time. If I knew it wasn't going to actually be free, I'd just have taken my PS4 to a friend's house later in the month!
