I usually never complain in forums, but this has really bothered me. I was told by a representative 3 months ago that my account would receive 5 GB for 6 months since we do not have unlimited service available in our area, and that when i saw that our time was getting close that I could call anytime and get it added... I was thrilled. I called today to get the 5Gb added because our time was getting low and was told that it was only a "holiday promotion" and that it is no longer available. Also the unlimited service is still not available in our area...I think it is time to move on to another company that can deliver on their promises. Really disappointed...and just so you know we actually have two different accounts that we pay for...I will soon be leaving Wildblue/Exede/Viastat....that is if anyone cares!!!
