I was lied to. I was promised unlimited by my sales person and then found out a month later that I was only receiving 50gb per month. 2 months later I was told no no its 15gb per month for 150.00. What, are you serious? This is criminal. No problem I'll call customer support and get this resolved. Customer support says sorry, get your magnifying glass out you get 15gb per month for $150.00 don't like it then pay fees for cancellation, which card would you like to put that on? Don't panic, talk to a supervisor, OK so he gets on, he says he can't read my contract for me, I need to go back to school and learn to read. This happened people. I don't know what to do but tell everyone via every medium that I can. I'm contacting the FCC in the morning and then I'm going to see if an attorney can help me. These people surely do not care. It's the principal not the cost. I have a fight that I will not stop until I have legal relief or resolution from wildblue which they have shown there unwilling to do.
