Liberty pass speeds are extremely slow

I ran a speed test tonight and the results were 0.03 Mbps down and 0.02 Mbps up with a ping of 3018 ms. This isn't acceptable. At all. I couldn't load websites at all for about 3 hours this evening.

Normally, my speeds are around 0.20 Mbps up and down. That is still horrible, but at least I can access websites. Why is it this bad? Have they oversold the area? I am located in middle Ga. I was told when I signed up, that speeds wouldn't go lower than 1 Mbps. Why am I paying $80 a month for something that doesn't work as described half of the time.

When I contact support about this, I get a generic/scripted response back stating that speeds are slower when you are on Liberty pass and that I have gone over my limit by however many GB.

Before anyone says the normal response of weather, it is like this every day.

Its in the contract fine print, if you are an overuser of data they slow you more than normal when on the LIberty Pass, a fact overlooked in their sales pitch.  My service is pretty much unusable when we are on the Liberty Pass.

Justin is correct. You get the 1-5mbps while in Liberty Pass during the daytime and late night hours. During Peak/Prime-Time hours it drops around those speeds (typically 5pm-1am or so). If you go here it's probably better explained http://www.exede.com/liberty/

With that said. You can always add priority data and that will boost you back to pre-Liberty Pass speeds

Excede , liberty pass all just plain sucks. I'm so tired of seeing the circle going around and stopping at 25%, then shows I'm offline. This happens every single day. Really people? Praise? Are you real?

Liberty pass is at its slowest in Peak/Prime-Time hours (we indicate as such on our site http://www.exede.com/liberty/) the rest of the time you will see 1-5mbps. You can always upgrade your plan to one with a higher priority data limit or purchase more priority data if you're finding yourself running out and needing more.

Just to clarify, you are in fact offering to let me pay more to get back in the fast lane?
