Liberty Pass: Artificially Throttled To 10% What Were Paying For

Good Evening,

We're customers in rural West Virginia (Greenbriar County) . I'm a M.S
Systems Engineering Student and telecommute with global science teams. We
have a major problem here. While we get that theres a current data cap on
our service there is absolutely no way to do basic web anything during
"peak hours" to make matters worse, during liberty pass we have it
throttled at 100kb/s even though were on the plan which says you guys
deliver 1-5mb after midnight. Ive been patient for several months but have really had enough.

I have a 20 minute video I've recorded of what its like to be on liberty pass as a paying customer and feel compelled to share with certain parties these anti consumer activities, in the video you can see for yourself what were paying for and its not pretty not is it fair where you artificially throttle us down to .12m/b!!! really guys? . Were paying a lot for this service and would like to remain happy customers.

ahh so that also explains why I am being throttled down to 5mbps on my LNFZ although I am not on any Liberty plan. I also have  proof it is throttled and they can control the speeds at will when you call in.
