We were told that between 5pm to 2am would be the slowest time, but even over an hour and a half past the 2am mark I was still not getting anywhere near the advertised 1-5mbps we were promised, and the internet usually gets throttled by about 2pm 3hrs before the start of peak time. I set an alarm to wake me up a 2:30am so i could get some downloads for work a couple nights ago and was getting about .4mbps set another alarm for an hour later and same speeds had to waste $10 to buy an extra gig so could finish. Big surprise when I spend more money it magically starts working properly so i know it’s not my router (which I just got) or any tech issue. On the rare occasions it actually works we get 1-1.5mbps at the most. Even when we have our priority data we get at most 5-6mbps. I want this fixed or I want my money back for every month you fail to keep up your end of the contract.
