Service trouble

Well this journey started out with me getting DirectTV. Well first off I thought I was getting UVERSE since a UVERSE truck was outside my house! Then day 1 internet didn't work and after 5 hours it finally did. Day 2 same thing....

Then I get kicked off all the time... only fast for the first week of the new month.

So now I just don't use it AT ALL dropped my plan down. I cannot play games online when I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Takes 3 gigs just to update my gaming system.

Magically this month I'm almost of out gigs and I have no clue how when I don't even use the internet!'

Oh yea for some reason managers do not save NOTES when they talk to you. I had calls noted but no solution was left for someone else to know what had happen during my situations!!

This internet service me NO PURPOSE! waste of money!!!

Funny how I was told 11 months ago I couldn't make it tethering with my phone. They told me I would only get 5 gigs tethering a month. Well they raised it to 14 gig's. And I really laugh hard when I get up into the hundred's of gig's a month. I encrypt my usage and get on Xbox live all the time. Oh and FYI I usually have speeds between 7 and 10 Mbps. Here in a month or 2 I get to upgrade my devices without shelling out $800 per device. Best move I ever made, but I live really close to the tower and get LTE out here in the country.

Careful there Tommy.  I know many folks who do the exact same thing you are doing and they are slowly getting kicked from their plans for too much utilization or for using the service outside of the agreed upon terms of their contracts.

I usually don't use hundreds of gigs. If I do get a torrent here or there I'll just use my phone instead if a pc. And it's a little harder to tell the difference between a Android TV and a phone. Funny I have unlimited streaming and even get premium streaming services free from my provider. So if they didn't want me streaming why give me unlimited un metered streaming of music and video. Land based is always going to be better.

As a result, some online games have very poor performance with this service and some online games may not work at all, each game is programmed to handle latency differently. Additionally, online games often use a lot of bandwidth, and may cause you to exceed the usage thresholds under our Data Allowance Policy.

Only thing that's going to satisfy me is someone finally stepping up and admitting to my FREE cancellation! This is horrible!!!!!

Well I have a Birdog Ultra, I would check out your install for you but I'm in the Ozarks. Trust me I have seen some pretty poor installs. I had to stop installing because of all the hidden charges that I would incure from the DTV sub I was working for. They charged for everything. Background check, drug test, small parts, stamps. Payroll processing, you name it. They would take a $1300 check and chop it to $200 - $300. I was even supposed to receive 2 training draws of $300 but they only gave me 1. The whole satellite industry is corrupted and over priced, underpaid and over worked. I went back to masonry because 8 - 16 hour's a day for 6 days a week and only getting $300 is BS. I ended up 2 months behind in my house payment and had to bail. Funny I laid brick for 2 weeks working 1/2 the time and caught everything up. Also I always got sent to jods 2 and 3 other techs had been too because the other techs couldn't get a signal easily so they bailed, and just wanted a quick buck. I still closed out $1300 in jobs a week just got deductions, not charge backs for poor workmanship.
