Upset about service call charge

So back in July I had a modem and radio(satellite duhicky) problem, I have not been happy with Exede in any way shape or form due to lies from the sales people and horrendous performance of the system.  So the CS person agreed to waive the service call fee, great service!!  Tech comes out and replaces the modem/radio and all is well(well the service performance is still horrendous but its working again).  Billing time comes, SURPRISE the $95 service call fee is on the bill, yippee!!  Call customer service and calmly explain that the CS rep approved a credit to offset the $95 service fee, he responds oh yeah I see where she did, she even put in the credit, then our corporate office reviewed the credit and denied it, sweet!!!  Guess how they notified me, this is the best part, WITH THE BILL, HA!!!  No phone call, no letter, no email, no smoke signal, just a bill without the credit their employee clearly promised would be on it.  Made my day, I'll tell you this company rocks!!

Happened to me too, as Brad knows. That fiscal auditing department needs to shove their "invalid credit." up the wrong end of a rocket scheduled to have an RUD and, lifting off today.

Fortunately Brad is very good at fixing such things, as are others in the service department. They'll get you that refund.
