For the past two days, the Late Night Free Zone has not kicked in for our account. I have checked numerous times between 12:00am until 1:30am and still no change. I even rebooted the modem but nothing. This is not the first time this has happened and frankly, I am about to cancel the service and go to another provider. Exede for us once was a great service but for the past few months, it has turned into a pathetic excuse for an internet service.
