Late 2 days in a row for installation.

I ordered Internet saturday, I scheduled it for Monday between 11am-2pm, they called and said it would be between 2-3pm. They never showed up. So I called customer service and a scheduled it for 9am and they're late again. I'm not very happy.

Hi Kendra, this sure isn't the impression that we strive to give off, I apologize for the reschedules. The last thing we want is to lose a valued customer.
