What is causing the slow bandwidth issues from 2/22/2016 - 2/26/2016? I called Tech Support and ended up with Tier 3 support and the excuse I received was that there were many people using Exede Internet from 6pm ET - 11pm ET and they are causing my 3.9 mbps down and 0.96 mbps up.All last week I was averaging 22.x mbps down and 2.x up. Why are people on this week who were not on last week? My usage is at 59% so it is not that.
The excuse was bogus and something else is going on, I would like a real answer!
