Lan connection lost

My modem is losing the lan connection both wireless and direct connect a couple of time a day. A power cycle will fix it for a while. How do I get a replacement modem? I have the EasyCare plan.

I have the same problem.  I have had a technician out twice & they replace the line but never replace the modem.  Once they are finished doing what they think they need to do & check for service it works....then it goes down a few hours after they leave.  My internet goes down at least once a day.  Sometimes it comes back up & sometimes I have to go through the entire trouble shooting directions before it comes back.  Seriously tired of poor internet but it seems country living doesn't have a choice.
