Lack of service and overpriced data plan

For the second month in a row we have exceeded our plan's data. Our plan is very expensive and is the largest data plan you offer in our area.
We have been waiting for a technician to come out and check our equipment at an agreed upon time. He has has three appointments with us, two he cancelled at the last minute and the third time came late as we were trying to leave town. There has been no followup on another appointment to check our equipment.
Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with the lack of service we are receiving.
