Margaret - Is the modem losing connection with the satellite or is your router losing connection with the modem, or is your computer losing connection with the router? You need to figure out where the connection is breaking down. When this happens, look at the lights on your modem. If they are lit with some flashing on the bottom three, it probably isn't an Exede problem. You can also email ExedeListens@viasat.com with your account information and they should be able to tell you if your satellite connection has been stable. There used to be some issues with certain models of routers, but I don't know all of the details on that. That might be your problem.
