Just wondering if I'm the only one?

New customer. Signed up for the freedom plan. Today I have no service. When I try to get online I am taken to the "service activation" page. I called in and they said there are other customers calling in with the same issue. Just wondering if I'm the only one?

Hello Joe, this is the first I am hearing of this issue. I will take a look into this and let you know what I find out. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Wow, thanks for the quick response. I have power cycled my modem several times and its still the same.
