Use another browser and look at:

https://browser.viasat.com/faq#viasat-browser-appears-as-a-black-screen.-what-do-i-do

That issue sometimes has exhibited as a crash on other browsers based on Chromium - worth a shot until Viasat responds. Use the email link at the bottom of that page since you can't report the issue from within their browser (I assume).

Hi Charles,
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Viasat Browser Crashing.  To help us identify and solve the issue, can you please do a couple of things for us and send what you find to browser@viasat.com

1.  Please look in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ViaSat\CrashReports\ and send us a crash dump from there if there is one.
2.  Check the version of the browser at C:\Program Files (x86)\ViaSat\Viasat Browser\Application\Viasat Browser.exe  by right clicking on the ViasatBrowser.exe file and then clicking on properties and from there clicking on details and telling us the browser version you see there in the email you send.

With this information we will be better able to look into your issue and determine next steps to help you solve this.

Thanks,
Tom
