Maybe the installer could not see being so late of an install. Most likely though it was probably congestion.

Hi Lisa
Do you know if you went over your data cap? If not some parts of the night do slow as network traffic (aka how many people are on at the same time) increases. However it could also be the server for the streaming service, could be your device, could be the wifi signal/router. There's a lot of things it could be. If it's loading now for example just fine it's probably network traffic. If it's continued it could be any of the others. If you call us at 855-463-9333 we can check for you

3 people, potentially all streaming or downloading files could be using 5-6 GB an hour, thus hitting the data cap quickly. Plus, if you have not had these devices online in a while, odds are, most if not all of them did updates, burning more data than just what you and your family actively used.

Call them as Brad suggested, they can give you a better idea of how much data you used and, for what.

HD video uses about 1 to 1.5 GB per hour, if 3 people are streaming all at once that could be 5-6 GB per hour. Here are some tips on managing your data usage. Metered service, like Exede is not good for cord cutting.

You watch a lot if movies and got Exede with a $75 data plan. Did anybody explain how to manage your data or to be careful just streaming away? Sounds like nobody did.

No we told them we stream all the time and he gave us this 10 GB an apparently we used it all yesterday an it started again today for this month, even if I got the 30 GB for $150 a month it would only last us 3 days I'm gonna be finding another provider soon looks like

24GB isn't going to go very far if you stream content heavily. Why did you choose satellite internet in the first place? Please don't say to save $10/month off your Directv Bill. "Bundling" is one of the biggest scams going.

Take a look at the agreement that you signed first. There is a penalty clause for a premature cancellation.

I don't know what plans Exede will have when the new sat is put in operation, but for now, streaming a lot of movies will not work with Sat internet.

If the 150G plan for about 110 dollars is available in your area you should get it, however, you must monitor your usage, because streaming movies, HD, can not be generally supported.

Maybe 4 or 5 movies a month, and normal email and web browsing, but movies, even downloading music albums without monitoring your data can not be down wit sat internet.

Sounds like your provider just wanted to get you signed up,  You should be able to change your plan, but you must still monitor your usage.

And don't forget to lower your video quality speeds on your Netflix account and Roku.
