Just check usage and it says I used 7.6 in 4 days never used that much before.Can you tell what going on

There could be a few things that could have caused it. Most cases if it's a dramatic and sudden spike like that an update is usually the culprit. If you email me at with your account information I can review it for you and see what happened.

Are you using Win 10? One of my computers that was up to date at the time has updated twice in two days. You really need to install something like Glasswire to see where your data is going as the vast odds are it's on your end and not an Exede problem.

I have had two of my computers with Windows 10 do two updates over the past few days. Windows is now using this crazy system that includes some updates that you already have downloaded, so you get to waste a whole lot of data with each new update. Microsoft just doesn't understand that there are many of us that have limited data plans.

One new player in the "I'll drain your data" game is Nividia's newest video card driver.

One Hughesnet user reported that his Geforce driver used 1 GB of data in just a couple days.

The "telemetry" landscape is changing quickly and not for the better.
