Click this link and see if your modem menu comes up.  If it does, click the modem and Tria buttons and see if any of the status displays indicate a problem.

http://192.168.100.1/

If your modem menu does not respond from the above link then power-cycle your modem and router, then reboot your computer.

Also look at the lights on the front of your modem and describe their condition.

That was a joke. No access to "wifey." Think about it. Are my jokes really that bad? I once asked the gal at Dunkin Donuts for one of the free wifis advertised on the door. She had to ask her manager about it.
