I've not had service in my bedroom for 3 months. How do I get someone to check it out?

Do you have service in other parts of the house, just not your bedroom? If that is the case, you have a router issue, not an internet issue.  If you post the specifics, including the make and model of your router, as well as the devices you are trying to connect, we may be able to help.

First guess, your router doesn't have the range to reach into your bedroom, either because it's not powerful enough, or it's broadcasting on the 5.0 band which doesn't travel very far, or well around corners/thru walls.

I have a router in the bedroom that I purchased from the person that installed my service.  Yes, I have other tv's working in the house with another router.

Hi Renee, this sounds fully like a router issue as opposed to an issue with the Exede service, especially with other devices in the home working. Like Starring Matter indicated there could be something preventing the router from reaching that room in paticular, the wifi could have been toggled off, or some similar reason. Those would definitely be the first things to check.
