I've moved to an temporary home and want my service moved here, I was told I'd have to do another 24 month contract at the new address. That's crazy!!!

It's bit late  now  in Colorado so the Moderators are likely heading home now.  Don't panic. That doesn't sound right at all.  Someone from Exede will address this issue tomorrow morning.

Unfortunately unless things have changed recently, the new 24 month contract is the policy. You will get all new equipment and the installation should be free. I assume you will not have to pay early termination fee. Mods - Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yep .. me as well... and they don't even have the same plan as I was on before I moved.

I checked way before the move... Was told to just call and let them know where I'm moving to or where I've moved.
