Password trouble

I've had enough! What do I need to do to get rid of this service! Everytime I try to get into my account I get the message incorrect username / password! I haven't changed anything!

Call Customer-Care.  Have your account details and the credit card that was used to initiate service available.  They will assist you in accessing your information at the My Exede website.

The question was and you, Beth, answered or told me everything I already know. I can get onto my email from wildblue and know my log in name its the password I am having trouble with I am assuming for Excede only. It should be the same as Wildblue's password which I have no trouble going there and seeing my email

Gods name?  I took the number off the case number that was given to me 3 days ago by Beth.  How rude.  Cant you just tell me why I cant use the same password and username as I do my wildblue.?
