Issue with Connectivity

Can you please check to see why my connection is non-existent or very slow ... we are considering replacing our Router, but want to see if this issue with connectivity is on the Exede side before replacing. Right now I am using my Frontier wireless connection. This problem has been occurring for about two weeks (not related to weather conditions in our area today).
