Nothing but problems. Viastat, or whoever owns EXEDE now, bought this bogus program cheap, and now, we have to suffer it. Incoming emails are dropped, conversations are cut short, and now my inbox is totally scrambled. Oh yea, did I mention the look totally twentieth century, soviet block.

Most who use it are in agreement that the new email platform operated by Zimbra leaves something to be desired.

However, there's nothing that dictates using it and most opt to use GMail, Outlook or any number of free email services that are not tied to a specific ISP.

The added benefit of that approach is that should you ever switch to a new ISP, your email address can go with you. It's initially inconvenient to switch but worth it in the longer view of things.
